Astron

Astron is an Arabian gelding trained in english and western. He is laid back and easy going, with a keen yet gentle spirit.

His favorite treats are peppermints, which he will nod his head for if you hold them up where he can see them. Watch how you tie his lead rope--If you don't fasten it just right he'll be happy to untie it for you!

Astron is owned by Graymour and is currently being partially leased.

Butterbean (The 'Bean)

Butterbean is a fleabitten gray Arab gelding trained in english and western. His is a cute, quiet little horse not prone to complaint, but don't let his looks fool you: He can really take off when he wants to! Because of his small size he has been outgrown by two of his owners, and was sold to us as a lesson horse. He loves patterns and crossrails!

Butterbean is owned by Graymour and is currently being partially leased.

Aurora

Aurora is an Appaloosa mare trained in english and western, and the most recent addition to our lesson horses. She is gentle, inquisitive, and intelligent; she loves to try and do new things!

Aurora is owned by a long-time boarder who has given us permission to use her as a lesson horse, and is not available for lease.

Kiki

Kiki is an an Appaloosa mare trained in english and western. She is a short, cute little horse with a soft-spoken spirit and an easy-going disposition. She was being used as a hunter/jumper horse by her previous owner, but her favorite thing to do (other than eat!) is to canter. A small but smooth-gaited horse, she loves to play out in the field with the other horses.

Kiki is owned by Graymour and is currently available for a partial horse lease!

CD (Cinemax Desperado)

CD, short for Cinexmax Desperado, is a painted gelding and the newest addition to our Horseback Riding Lessons team. He is a sweet-natured horse who loves people and is eager to please. We will have more details and photos of him soon!

Ghost

Ghost is a Thoroughbred mare trained in english and some dressage. Originally from Argentina, Ghost was imported as a polo horse and performed beautifully on the polo field for years. Unfortunately, she slipped during a game and tore her shoulder loose, and was retired as a polo pony. Today, she has been rehabilitated and loves teaching lessons!

Ghost is owned by a long-time boarder who has given us permission to use her as a lesson horse, and is not available for lease.
