Board Pricing and Availability

Located only 4.8 miles from scenic Givhans Start Park, our facility offers on-site caretakers with over 7 acres of lush pasture. Our dedicated and experienced staff members are never far off, giving each horse the individual care and attention they deserve. We offer a riding arena and roundpen with lighting, so you can ride both night and day!

Like trails? We have them! If being right next door to Givhans isn't enough, behind our facilities lie horse-friendly trails maintained by our staff and volunteers. Our facility is secluded from the road but still within easy reach of Summerville, Ladson, Ridgeville, and many others within the Lowcountry area.

Pasture Board: $245/mo.

Our pasture board includes two complete feedings every day with hay. Our pastures have automatic waterers with wood, vinyl and corral fencing. We can also add nutritional suppliments at the request and provision of the owner. (Smart Paks preferred! -- But we will accept baggies.)

Stall Board: $345/mo.

At this time we are still moving our facilities and do not offer stall board, though we will in the future! Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any invonvenience this may cause.

Our Stall Board is Currently: CLOSED

All horses must have proof of current Coggins test, vaccination records, and deworming schedule and must maintain a regular schedule of the same. The barn does periodically scheduele and pay for vet and farrier calls--Ask our staff or contact us to learn when the next visit is schedueled for.

Partial Lease and Availability

Don't own a horse but would like the freedom to ride solo? We also offer limited partial leasing! This is a great option for self-sufficient, capable students looking for a little bit more freedom, for experienced riders who cannot invest in owning their own animal but would still like to be able to ride, or for those considering purchasing their first horse but would like to get a taste of ownership without diving in headlong.

Lease Pricing: $200/mo. plus any farrier fees -- Graymour Stables pays veterinary bills. Any additional desired suppliments or supplies are optional and come at the cost of the leasee. Suppliments must be cleared by one of our staff members.

Horses Available for Partial Lease:

Our leases are partial leases, which means that when we are not using our horses for schooling or other functions you are free to ride them whenever you choose. Leasees are also entitled to use our tack and other facilities, so there is no need to own your own saddles or equipment to lease! Leased horses may be ridden anywhere on the facility grounds or on the trails, but may not be transported off-facility or overnight without special permission. (Horses are only leased to one person at a time to assure time to ride, so available leasing is limited.)

Those riding leased horses on their own time should be capable of safely and confidently riding on their own with no assistance. If you are a new or beginning rider, we highly recommend taking lessons before signing a lease. Check our Board and Lease FAQ section for additional information or feel free to contact us!

(We love our horses and want what's best for both them and for our students. If you're unsure whether a horse is right for you or your child, or if you should lease at all, please ask your instructor; We will give you our honest assessment if the horse is appropriate for the student or if the student is ready yet for solo riding.)
